Translating this task, branding them from their logo, and creating 3 separate ads directed for men, women and a unisex ad was met with the doctor's personality in mind.

Hines DVD Production & Design

Miami, FL — When Hines, a company with office complexes worldwide, needed to lease their high-end Miami property (Airport Corporate Center) in a tough market year and approach it in a green way, they contacted CIHYA to help them figure it out. CIHYA started with a DVD concept that was presented to the company for approval. This included copywriting, visuals, design direction based on their existing brand, voice talent, photography & video shoot of property, photography image search, DVD disk & cover design, along with the editing and production of the final CD.
A section of downloadable PDF's of Hines new client office booklet and new client forms to fill out for the management files, all in order to reduce the use of paper and ink, as well as bringing down mailing costs. CIHYA also included on the DVD a link to Hines website for further information on other worldwide properties and on the company itself. The DVD has helped the sales team lease all the buildings with new clients all the while considerably reducing their paper consumption. A great model established for their other offices to follow.

Miami Beach, FL — When the NADADORES ("swimmers" in Spanish) of South Florida needed their logo to create their yearly banquet invitation, they found their logo was too small to use in printed materials and had not been updated since it's creation sometime in the 70's! It was CIHYA to the rescue. In receiving their last remaining logo in existence, CIHYA began to recreate the logo in a proper format that would allow the NADADORES to use their logo however they needed — from small embossing on stationery to a huge highway billboard.
And by giving the logo a fresh color, the logo is more vibrant and worthy of any competition.

These door hangers created for a boutique art hotel in Miami Beach not only charmed the guests to take them as a keepsake of their memorable vacation, but also appeared on the doors of another local beach hotel! Since then the logo added to brand them, and keep them in their OWN hotel.
As with many cultures, sign language can mean different things. Our European travelers found this most amusing and had to tell their friends, thus providing the best free advertising possible — word of mouth. |

Nassau, Bahamas - Longtime client ISLANDS OF THE WORLD FASHION WEEK needed a new look for this year's campaign for the various publications throughout the year. CIHYA created a perfect concept for IWFW in combining the IWFW logo with the image, creating visual anticipation for the emerging future fashions to be discovered. IWFW is currently on a fashion publicity tour, having CIHYA establish the FASHION TOUR '10, stopping in three major cities before their Nassau Fashion Week in November.
