As with many businesses, JMC was lacking identity, so we branded them from their current logo while establishing a consistent color palate and font family. Hines is an international real estate firm that specializes in investment, development and management projects. Hines manages more than 1,100 properties worldwide including skyscrapers, corporate headquarters, mixed-use centers, industrial parks, medical facilities, and master-planned resort and residential communities.

For their “Airport Corporate Center” complex in Miami, FL, Hines was looking to produce and design a DVD video production that could both educate new tenants, as well as incorporate itself to current sales / leasing materials. CIHYA created concepts, visuals, copy, voice talent and edit to final DVD product.
